Anuj's commitment to wine was evident through his dedication to education. He completed WSET Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, aiming to master the art of winemaking.

To enhance their knowledge and experience, Anuj and Parmeet embarked on a journey to Nashik, India,the wine capital of India, where they immersed themselves in the world of viticulture and oenology.

In 2021, their hard work bore fruit, as they successfully produced their initial batch of red sparkling wine. It was a labor of love, and they took great pride in each bottle.

Fast forward to 2023, and Anuj and Parmeet are now poised to launch their unique red sparkling wine in Gurgaon, Haryana. Their journey, fueled by their passion and dedication, has brought a taste of Italy to their hometown, and they can't wait to share their creation with the world.
